Return Policy
To return your following order, simply follow the steps below for returning an order (basically, email us ASAP - you still have 7 days to decide) and we will email you back with further instructions. Online shopping can be stressful. We don't want you to stress. If you order something with us that doesn't fit, or maybe it's not quite how you imagined, never fear. You have 7 whole calendar days to make up your mind, try it on, caress its goodness, and fall in love. If you decide you need to return it, just make sure you let us know and send it back to us within that 7-day timeframe. Unfortunately, after 7 days it's no longer able to be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your Mee.Mi item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it (perfect, really). It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags attached. Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
To initiate a return, flick us a quick message at meemi1130@gmail.com to let us know what's coming back. Please include your original order number (sent via email when you first ordered), as well as specify which item/s you are returning. Once your email request has been submitted, pack your item back in its original box (if you still have it) or any other suitable packaging to get it back safely

You will need to pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
ONE OF A KIND
All Mee.Mi pieces are one of a kind and are also eligible for returns as per above. The one exception would be if you had requested specific customizations to be made to your piece. ie. Hem shortened/lengthened, changes to waistband circumferences, etc. In this case, garments are ineligible for refund or exchange, unless deemed faulty, in which case we will issue you with a replacement of the same garment
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to the person who placed the order, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, minus any shipping costs. This process can take a few days, so please sit tight!
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Please contact your bank for an update of any late or missing refunds. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
